Glenn Brutout Director of Operations, Pittsburgh Glenn’s extensive background in management within the high technology field is a true asset to InterTECH. Glenn is currently responsible for customer installations, field service and professional services for the Pittsburgh and Laurel Highlands offices.   Glenn served as Senior Manager of Technical Support for Formtek (A Lockheed Martin Company) for sixteen years where his responsibilities included technical support and management of operations for Formtek offices (Pittsburgh PA, Palo Alto CA, Seattle WA, Atlanta GA and Stockholm Sweden). With Formtek, Glenn was also responsible for the installation and project management of the Orion document management system for Formtek customers. A cross section of these customers include Cessna Aircraft, Pacific Bell Telephone, Pennsylvania Bell Telephone, Boeing Aircraft, General Dynamics, General Electric and Lockheed Martin.   For more than seven years prior to joining InterTECH, Glenn served as Director of Professional Services with Management Science Associates (MSA). His responsibilities included building a professional services group to support windows operating systems, UNIX operating systems, internet firewalls, and general network support for MSA’s customers.   Glenn has a degree from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, and Control Data along with several technical classes with Oracle and Sun Microsystems.
