InterTECH’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) provides complex monitoring services around the clock from our most advanced central security station in the industry.
Non-Supervised Digital (NSD)
Basic residential and commercial service monitoring burglary, fire, panic, holdup, low battery and A/C failures.
Communicator Test (Timer Test)
The system sends a communicator test on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to ensure the system is operable
Open/Close Reporting (O/C)
Commercial systems report arming (closing) and disarming (opening) and log to the account history.
Data Centers Environmental
Temperature and humidity alerts, low and high a just a few examples of conditions that can be monitored and reported.
Remote Video Monitoring & Management
The protected site’s cameras as well as video storage devices can be accessed remotely by our monitoring center and our customer if so desired. Video can be accessed remotely via wired or wireless connectivity solutions.
Two-Way Communication
Customers can communicate with our GSOC security personnel from anywhere in the home – without using the phone
