AMAG Releases Version 6.0.1

AMAG Technology is pleased to announce the release of Version 6.0.1 Security Management

ENVS Motion Detection

Integrated onboard ENVS motion detection provides alarm notification and motion recording.

New Standalone Video Player

The new standalone AMAG video player allows ENVS MPEG-4 video to be seamlessly exported to a CD or DVD for replay on any PC.

ENVS Video Digital Signature

This standard ENVS feature ensures that video recorded at an ENVS cannot be modified in any way. The AMAG software and standalone player checks the secure AES encrypted digital signature during playback and notifies the user if the video has been tampered with.

AXIS PTZ Control and Alarm Processing

Support is now included for PTZ camera control and the receiving and processing of transactions from all AXIS MPEG-4 Network IP cameras.

Camera licensing

Extended support for up to 256 cameras is now included in Professional, Enterprise and Global Edition software.

Activity Reporting Enhancements

The activity dialog now includes the option to show the card holder badge image for each
transaction. Activity that relates to an alarm is now shown using the alarm color. A new feature to filter activity by transaction type has been introduced.

Extended Card Holder and Visitor Dialog Permissions

New extended card holder and visitor permissions have been introduced that provide the ability to remove or set to read-only individual fields on the card dialog.

Extended Trigger Commands

The option to automatically send a command using a user defined text rule has been introduced. This new feature allows you to create a trigger command for any transaction on the system where the ‘where, what or who’ fields are ‘equal to’, ‘contain’ or ‘does not contain’ a specific value.

Personal Data Filtering on Selection Dialogs

User permissions filtering of the card holder and visitor selection dialogs has been
introduced.

New Standard Features

The email alarm module with updated support for outlook 2003, dial-in alarm and dial-out
alarm modules are now provided as standard with all software editions.

Alarm Acknowledgment Dialog Enhancements

The alarm acknowledgement dialog has been revised to provide a more intuitive layout that
automatically resizes to make best use of the available screen space.

The card holder badge image is now shown for all card transactions.

Combined Option Modules

The data import and data export modules have been combined into a new ‘Data Connect’
software module. The smartcard and magstripe encoding modules have been combined into single ‘Card Encoding’ module. These new combined software modules are provided at the previous individual module price.
