Delivering Under Pressure
From Chris Wetzel, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of InterTECH Security: ---------------------------------------------------------- Jack Antoszeski, an InterTECH Security Service Technician, took his first on-call shift over the 4th of July weekend, and certainly got a trial by fire when he did so.
Jack received a call from InterTECH sales executive Brian Maderas at about midnight on Friday, July 1st. One of Brian's customers needed service right away, and as the primary on-call tech, it was Jack's job to respond. He did so right away, and found himself working with customer's security operations center here in the US, and with one of their remote offices on the other side of the world. Jack did a great job, and completed the service early Saturday morning.
For delivering excellence under pressure, I would like to recognize Jack Antoszeski.
