GE Security SecurePerfect 5.0 Service Pack 2
GE Security, an InterTECH Security Supply Partner in the field of security and alarm systems, has announced the immediate availability of Service Pack 2 for Secure Perfect v5. Contact InterTECH for more information on upgrading to Service Pack 2.
Service Pack 2 for Secure Perfect v5 delivers software enhancements and defect resolution for the following:
Support for HDS Cybermation (High Density Matrix Switcher) Fix--transmission of PTZ camera commands to GE DVMRe Triplex Fix--DO not resetting when DO Groups assigned to a logical alarm (Lost/Invalid Badge) are Purged/Acknowledged for reader DOs or if DO has On-time of 0 Fix--incorrect Badge Description displayed on Badge Form if Arabic characters used Fix--intermittent failure on multiprocessor computers where after closing and reopening the alarm monitor, it may display alarms that were previously acknowledged or purged as not being acknowledged or purged Fix--for European operating systems where the time reported by the microcontroller may be incorrect, even if the host and microcontroller are in the same time zone Fix--communications error with certain Pelco CCTV devices due to protocol change Fix--workstation performance degradation due to 100% CPU utilization when live video from multiple DVMRs are simultaneously played Fix--behavior between daily and continuous for "T&A First In Last Out" report Fix--facilities filtering with "email on alarm" Fix--memory leak when turning microcontroller online and offline
Service Pack 2 for Secure Perfect v5 includes firmware v5.0.04:
This version of firmware is supported on all Secure Perfect v5 systems and includes the following enhancements and/or defect resolution since v5.0.00:
